Motion... The subject may be moving, just as the camera can be... Sometimes they both move. Is it really so important that all is "clear" ? Every dogma must be questioned ! The blurry image has its own poetry ; the fact that the image is no longer immediately "recognizable", gives it a more universal appeal and lets the photographer and the viewer create their own personal interpretation.
